STATES AND INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
The United States of America, formed by the Charters of Freedom, the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights, establishing for the benefit of the fifty states a Republican form of government restricted by enumerated assigned powers, is a creation of the union of fifty states, exists at the pleasure of the fifty states and remains at the will of the fifty states. The states and the people have a right to live free from federal tyranny and the Charters of Freedom establish the peaceful means by which the states and the people can and must secure those rights.
